  • We encourage you to book your appointment at least 3-4 weeks in advance to get your preferred time slot. All bookings must be confirmed with a 50% deposit within 48 hours of making your booking, otherwise the booking will be cancelled.

  • We are now taking group bookings online, over the phone or via email.

    For bookings of 6 + please call the salon.

  • We kindly request that you arrive to your appointment 10 minutes early so you have time to get changed and unwind. If you arrive late, this will reduce your treatment time so we encourage you to arrive early to enjoy the full allocated time for your appointment.

  • Please note, if you are unable to make your appointment, we kindly requests 24 hours notice for all bookings scheduled Monday to Friday, and 48 hours notice for all bookings scheduled on Saturdays. Full charges will be applied to your cancelled treatment under any circumstance. This includes gift card bookings, which will then be deemed void.

  • The Head Spa Perth accepts cash, American Express, EFTPOS, Mastercard and VISA. 

  • There is street parking available on Charles Street. Please check street signs for parking conditions and fees applicable.

    It’s also handy to download the EasyPark parking app which is free on any Apple or Android mobile devices.

    Please allow extra time for parking ahead of your treatment.

  • Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the purchase date. Unfortunately, lost or stolen vouchers cannot be recovered and a new gift card will need to be purchased. Gift vouchers are non-transferable to others.

  • We kindly ask that you turn your mobile phone on silent during your Head Spa treatment. This is so you can fall into a deeper state of relaxation and switch off.
